Registration is now open for the 2010 Alabama Section ASCE Summer Meeting. Attached are the registration form and a Sponsor/Exhibitor form. All Exhibitors come with one free registration to the meeting. If your company is going to be an Exhibitor, please have the person using the one free registration complete a registration form and write "Exhibitor" in the space for the registration fee. We need to have all attendees complete a registration form.

The registration form provides information, including phone number, for making reservations at The Wharf if you desire to stay at the meeting property. They will hold our block of units through May 22nd. After that date, any unsold units will be placed back in the rental pool. Units can still be rented at the conference rate after May 22nd, based on availability.

A tentative program scheduled listing all speakers and the sessions is attached (as of May 5th) and will also be posted to the Section website (www.alabama-asce.org) in the next few days. Remember that this program schedule is current as of the date noted and that changes to the program can still occur due to conflicts or other issues.

A new feature at the meeting this year is that we will have a PDH form for attendees to mark which sessions they attended. The form can be used to assist documentation of PDHs earned.
